The Ministerial Association perceives the elders as leaders of the local church. With the pastor elders are the spiritual leaders of the church and by precept and example must seek to lead the church into a deeper and fuller Christian experience.
Ministerial Association supports unions in their responsibility to train, motivate and empower local church elders providing resources, seminars and trainings.
Elder's Digest
The Elder’s Digest magazine is a quarterly edition published by the Ministerial Association of the GC. It contains a collection of relevant articles with leadership strategies, didactic tools, health tips for elders, official Church statements, world news, sermon outlines, global initiatives of our Church, questions and answers, and other biblically-sound topics for leaders.
