The Ministerial Association of the Inter-European Division exists to serve the church in its territory by ministering to pastors, pastors' families, local church leaders and Ministerial Association Secretaries.

The Ministerial Association supports the Unions and fields and works with their union ministerial associations, helping in the areas of spiritual growth, evangelism, personal development, professional and church growth.
