The Ministerial Association of the Inter-European Division exists to serve the church in its territory by ministering to pastors, pastors' families, local church leaders and Ministerial Association Secretaries.
The Ministerial Association supports the Unions and fields and works with their union ministerial associations, helping in the areas of spiritual growth, evangelism, personal development, professional and church growth.

The EUD Ministerial Association is organizing a conference for all women in leadership positions (pastors, chaplains, administrators or institutional leaders). We want to encourage our fellow women and support them in their ministry. The main goal is to help the participants recognize their value in the context of their inner relationship with Christ and to give them a sense of mission. This will be done by sharing theological, practical and personal insights on how to deal with the various challenges of ministry.
